The development is located just 4 miles east of Interstate 5 (The Main Interstate from Southern California to the Canadian Border) and south of the Oregon Border. The Klamath River meanders thru the development. Approximately Three miles upstream is the Iron Gate Reservoir and one of California’s State Fish Hatcheries. Further upstream, about 9 miles, is Copco Lake. Both lakes and the Klamath River offer tremendous Trout and Salmon fishing.
